Measurable Infinity
We search the infinite to touch with our conscience, a trinket of the truth we experience
Annotated Tales of Persistence and Passion
Measurable Infinity is a collection of works by Vishnupriya Napa Ravikumar. This scroll describes her art, architecture, urbanism, and technology journey. Each of these paths has an interesting tale that stories here hope to tell. Tales of learning, letting go, appreciating what’s beautiful, and craft; tales of efforts to transcribe the infinite, to hold in human grasp, of perseverance, myth, and quest for a better world.
Still and flying
Humans who have inspired me to keep counting
profound discoveries by each breath,
to never withhold curiosity,
until we reach
unto infinity
“Human beings always do the most intelligent thing…after they’ve tried every stupid alternative and none of them have worked.”
“You can’t change the way people think, all you can do is give them a tool, the use of which will change their thinking.”
“Oscar Wilde said that if you know what you want to be, then you inevitably become it – that is your punishment, but if you never know, then you can be anything. There is a truth to that. We are not nouns, we are verbs. I am not a thing – an actor, a writer – I am a person who does things – I write, I act – and I never know what I am going to do next. I think you can be imprisoned if you think of yourself as a noun.”
"Truth is a tendency.”
— Buckminster Fuller
“Follow that will and that way which experience confirms to be your own.”
“When an inner situation is not made conscious, it appears outside as fate.”
“Dreams are the guiding words of the soul. Why should I henceforth not love my dreams and not make their riddling images into objects of my daily consideration?”
“There is no birth of consciousness without pain."
— Carl Jung
